During + After
I was so hungry last week that I couldn't risk a disappointing lunch - so I rushed to the supermarket for red (tomatoes), green (rocket & basil) + white (goats curd) and fresh, dense soy linseed bread, torn from the loaf. Drench all in olive oil, grind over salt and pepper, drizzle over balsamic vinegar. Then tear into it...wipe the plate with your bread and ravish.
