I think this is the best cake I have ever made. It's a coffee banana cake from the Frankie Collectors Edition. It went so fast I didn't get time enough to take a pic of it dressed in its coffee and cream cheese icing. Truth is I couldn't take a photo with cake in may hands so the cake won!
I love baking and did so almost everyday before I got too busy managing a Chinese Restaurant in Capalaba area. But this seems easy to prepare, I'd love to do this on the weekend with the kids!
Everyday I'm asked..."Where should I go for dinner?" "What's good in Surry Hills?" "Where's somewhere nice for a drink?" etc etc. Here you will find only my favourite places.
